CEO's are Rock Stars!
A few years ago I asked my eight year old nephew what he wanted to be when he grows up. He said "I want to be a CEO!" The next day as I was driving, I heard a radio disk jockey say "CEO's are like rock stars!"
I realized that today the American Dream is not to become a fireman or police officer or a John Wayne hero. The American Dream today is to become a CEO.
So began my journey to meet and interview hundreds of American CEO's. Over the past five years with my video company, Inventive Productions LLC, I have personally done video interviews with hundreds of CEO's all across America.
My goal is to learn about these men and women, their stories, how they became successful, and how they overcame adversity to become a modern-day American hero. I want to learn about their parents and the values that helped shape their future success. I want to learn about how they overcame adversity and how they got through the rough times. This website is a compilation of some of the lessons learned during my continuous journey to meet the CEO's of America.

The responsibility of the chief executive officer is to align the
company, internally and externally, with his or her strategic vision.
The core duty of a CEO is to facilitate business outside of the company

For emerging entrepreneurs, their acting position as a CEO is much different than that on the corporate level. As often other c-level executives are not incorporated in small operations, it is the duty of the CEO (and sometimes founder) to assume those positions. Now, you can meet the CEOs of America:
